GENERAL

What you Should Know About Family Law - This is a booklet prepared by the Ministry of the Attorney General and was last revised in 2012.  The booklet defines and attempts to explain many of the legal concepts which may be a factor in your legal case. An excellent overview or reference tool for couples at any stage in their separation. 

CLEO - Community Legal Education Ontario offers booklets that are available in print, or electronically, which further breaks down many of the legal concepts which may be relevant to your case.

List of Resources - A list of resources provided by the Ministry of the Attorney General containing links to websites, for both adults and children.  The site also contains information about specific books which may be helpful to you.
